Scope of Work

Phase 1 – 41 Lot Single Family Residential Subdivision w/ Offsite Infrastructure

This phase involves the development of 41 fully serviced building lots inclusive of earth moving, gravel processing, rock hammering, rock blasting, onsite sanitary and storm sewers, offsite sanitary and storm servicing and outfalls, water mains, shallow utilities (Hydro, Telus, Shaw and street lighting), and road construction.
