This project involved the development of 22 fully serviced building lots inclusive of earth moving, lot grading, engineered retaining walls and fill slopes, sanitary and storm sewers, independent city storm sewer system w/ engineered HDPE storm out-fall, water mains, shallow utilities (Hydro, Telus, Shaw and Street Lighting), and road building. The remaining 52 Lots in Phase 2 involved earth moving, lot grading, engineered retaining walls and fill slopes, and roads built to subgrade for future construction.
