Goldspring Heights - Universal Construction Showcase
Fully Serviced Hillside Residential Subdivision that was constructed around an existing townhouse development that was built 20 years earlier. The development was constructed on complex hillside terrain. Much of the existing underground structure was utilized in Phase 3.1, whereas Phase 3.2 had all new underground infrastructure added.

This project involved the development of 57 single family residential lots on steep hillside terrain, inclusive of earth moving, lot grading, retaining walls, engineered slopes, sanitary and storm sewers, concrete detention tank, water mains, shallow utilities (Hydro, Telus, Shaw & street lighting), and road construction.
