This project involved the development of 67 single family lots inclusive of earth moving, lot grading, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, shallow utilities (Hydro, Telus, Shaw & street lighting), creek crossing c/w retaining walls & culverts, sanitary pump station and water treatment plant, road building and pond construction.
